Moonglow Jewelry is made of high quality materials to prevent tarnishing over time. However, like anything else, it will experience a natural life cycle as well as normal wear & tear. We will happily replace any defective products within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, treat your hand-made jewelry with care in order to extend the lifetime of the product.
Yes. The goal of our jewelry is to show an accurate photograph of the moon on any given date. We want you to look at your Moonglow and see exactly what was visible to the naked eye on the date of your choice. While percentages of the moon's illumination can vary by up to 3%, the phases assigned to the dates are calculated to reflect the changes that we can see from here on Earth!
In short, no. Water durability for Moonglow jewelry depends on which item you've purchased and what metal that style is made out of. Our jewelry will not immediately tarnish or turn green/black when it gets wet. Pewter, silver-plated, and stainless steel charms should be fine if briefly exposed to water, but in moderation. Just like anything else, too much exposure to anything will cause harm the item over time. Keep in mind, the pendants are a photograph of the moon, sealed with acrylic covering the photo. The photo could be damaged if water somehow seeps in between the metal exterior of the pedant and the acrylic coating reaching the photo. This is not very likely, but extended or excessive exposure to water increases this risk of damage. The water durability for chains also depends on their metal type. Pewter is not recommended to water exposure. Sterling silver and rhodium coated chains should be fine if moderately exposed to water, but again, in moderation and keeping them clean with appropriate cleaner is also suggested.

Requests received more than 2 hours after your purchase are not guaranteed to be updated. Our orders are processed within 2 - 48 hours post-purchase, depending on volume.
Orders will general ship within 48 hours after the time of purchase. In some cases, shipping could take up to 14 days for production if the item must be constructed (this will be notated in the item description). Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service unless you select Express shipping option. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be hand crafted on the following Monday & shipped within 48 hours.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on major holidays.

Shipping times for international orders will vary by country. Moonglow cannot guarantee delivery dates on orders outside of the United States. To obtain the best estimate, please queue up your cart, and enter your exact address. You will receive multiple shipping speed options to choose from. Please allow 2 business days for processing time before the shipping "transit" time begins.
All international orders must be placed online. All duties and fees related to customs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless you have specifed to prepay duties and taxes. Moonglow does not pay for duties owed that will be charged by customs when arriving in your country.
Canada: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return or exchange your purchased item, no questions asked. This does not apply to items that list in the description "PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CUSTOM-MADE ITEM THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED." Fees may apply.
International: We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service for additional assistance. In the case of extreme circumstances, international returns may be charged a $25 processing fee to account for return shipping + duties & taxes.
