EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Making exchanges & returns at Moonglow.com is easy. If you would like to make an exchange, simply contact email@example.com! Within 30 days of purchase, we will issue you a prepaid return label. Please use this prepaid label to send your item back to our facilities. Once we have received the original item, our quality control team will either approve or deny your request. At that time, one of our customer service agents will be in touch with you. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Orders placed after 10 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) from Monday to Thursday will generally ship up to 48 hours after the date of purchase. In some cases, shipping could take up to 14 days for production if the item must be constructed (this will be notated in the item description). We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly so we always do our best to get your order out the same day or next day.Your order will be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) unless you select an alternative shipping method. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

We now ship World Wide! Once your item is in your cart it will give you an "International Shipping" option that will guide you to input your information as well as cover customs charges depending on your countries requirements.
All duties and fees related to customs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless you have specifed to prepay duties and taxes. Moonglow does not pay for duties owed that will be charged by customs when arriving in your country. All international orders must be placed online.
